We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranayama, and beginner-friendly foundational programs suitable for all levels.
No prior experience is required. Our sessions are designed to support beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. Mats are also available at the studio if needed.
Practicing 3-4 times a week is ideal, but even twice a week consistently brings noticeable benefits.
