Founder
Founder Yoga Guru Shri Dhananjay Jagtap, based in Pune, is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation. With qualifications including DYA, DMYT, DNYS, and BNYS, he is a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Meditation Expert, and Wellness Coach with 30+ years of experience in Swar Sadhana.
Over the past 22+ years, he has been actively spreading authentic yogic practices, helping individuals achieve physical well-being, mental clarity, and inner balance. He has trained 2000+ yoga teachers and conducted 300+ corporate wellness programs, making a meaningful impact across diverse communities.
Rooted in traditional wisdom and adapted for modern lifestyles, his approach continues to inspire and guide individuals on their journey of self-transformation.

Co-Founder
Co-Founder Shri Sujesh N.K., a native of Kerala and a resident of Pune for the past 15 years, is a successful IT professional who discovered the transformative power of yoga and meditation through personal experience. After going through challenging phases in life that impacted both his physical and mental well-being, he turned to yoga as a path toward healing, balance, and inner stability.
What began as a personal journey gradually evolved into a deeper commitment to mindful living and self-awareness. Through consistent practice, he experienced significant positive changes in his health, mindset, and overall outlook on life. Today, he brings both his professional discipline and personal insights into the yoga space, contributing to creating a supportive environment where others can also explore the benefits of yoga and meditation in their own lives.

We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Pranayama, and beginner-friendly foundational programs suitable for all levels.
No prior experience is required. Our sessions are designed to support beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. Mats are also available at the studio if needed.
Practicing 3-4 times a week is ideal, but even twice a week consistently brings noticeable benefits.
